How long do we store the information?

Site statistics are only kept while they are useful.  If our Site is redesigned or restructured, we gather the statistics afresh.

How do you access contact details?
You are entitled to request access to the information if you think that we hold your personal details. However, proof of identity will be required to safeguard the privacy of individuals.
