Sandra De Silva - Managing Director & Chief Architect

Sandra launched Nova after gaining considerable experience and insight working as a Senior Consultant and Developer on large, complex projects within the financial services sector in the USA before relocating to Bermuda over eight years ago.  Her experience includes sales, management and consulting capping over 10 years as an accomplished Software Engineer. 

Her skills in custom software development, integration and knowledge management systems provide an excellent foundation for supporting Nova's differentiation as a unique Bermuda-based design and development firm creating feature rich, custom designed and integrated solutions.

Sandra is guiding Nova's development and is instrumental in supporting the application of best practices in all our efforts.
