Nova’s team is comprised of full time staff exclusively. All our resources live in Bermuda as we believe this to be advantageous since typical projects require significant teamwork from sides. In this manner, we are able to deliver projects with high quality in less time than if the project teams were isolated.
Our employees have a minimum 10 years of experience in professional development or, in the case of Insurance, modeling and operations, have considerable domain knowledge.
